Bradley Small Appointed to Council of the Illinois State Bar Association

BELLEVILLE, IL., Aug. 19, 2015 . . . The law firm Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. (MM&R), today announced that Bradley W. Small, has been appointed to a Council of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).
Bradley W. Small, a shareholder at MM&R, has been appointed to the ISBA, Banking, Bankruptcy and Commercial Collections Law Section. Bradley W. Small previously served as Chairman of the Council. Bradley W. Small has been a shareholder at Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. since 2004. He practices in the Nashville and Belleville offices and throughout Southern Illinois. Brad focuses his practice in banking law, bankruptcy, real estate, commercial litigation, and estate planning and has more than 36 years experience handling litigation matters for financial institutions and commercial enterprises. Brad has been named a Leading Lawyer by his fellow lawyers and judges since 2013. He has been given the highest rating of AV by Martindale Hubbell, an attorney rating service, for many years.
